Palace Way Partners LP completes the entitlement process for a new 250 space land-lease manufactured home community in Texas.
San Antonia, Texas - June 3rd, 2020. The city of San Marcos granted (MH) Manufactured housing zoning for 44 acres of land on Hwy-21. This completes our process of getting the entitlement approvals for The Palace Way 250 space land-lease manufactured home community. There has only been a handful of MH zoning approved in Texas in the last 10-years.
Getting the entitlement approvals for a real estate development can be a time-consuming and arduous process. Now that the zoning, utility approvals, rights-of-ways, and easements are taken care of we can proceed with the project.
The planned manufactured home park will be a 250-space class “A” land-lease facility with a full away of amenities. The project will have access from Hwy-21 by the San Marcos airport and from the new Hwy-110 by-pass. The project is in the San Marcos qualified Opportunity Zone.
